The West Los Angeles College Parking Lot 5 Bioretention Project consisted of integrating bioretention basins in unused vegetated areas adjacent to and accepting stormwater runoff from Parking Lot 5 and an adjacent building at West Los Angeles College. Olaunu assisted the Los Angeles Community College District and BuildLACCD with each phase of the project including planning, programming/concept design, design, and construction oversight.
