Olaunu is assisting the Legacy Ranch Partners, LLC with the stormwater concepts for the Legacy Ranch development at the City of San Juan Capistrano Northwest Open Space including development of a Preliminary Water Quality Management Plan and stormwater planning for the onsite equestrian facility.

The Legacy Ranch at the Northwest Open Space is a planned development in San Juan Capistrano that includes community amenities, including accommodating events and integrating equestrian facilities, while preserving the existing uses on the project site, including the Swanner House, Dr. John Cortese Dog Park, and Putuidem Village. The scope of the project includes sizing and conceptual design of bioretention basins for the development; development of the Water Quality Management Plan including project descriptions, site and watershed characterization, development of site plans and drainage plans, description of the Low Impact Development (LID) and hydromodification systems for each drainage management area of the development, development of WQMP exhibits, and hydromodification modeling using the South Orange County Hydrology Model, and evaluation and planning for equestrian facilities to be in compliance with equestrian water quality regulations.
